At Oasis Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and secure it inside the original shipping box to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
